Remember you must be a Realtor, landlord, property
manager, Condo Association Manager, business owner or employer to use our
service. Please read the following carefully so you can send the proper
supporting documents with your service agreement and tenant application.
This is required by Federal Law and must be followed.
Landlord: You must fax us a
copy of your driver license, state I.D., or passport. If you have a
business name for your rentals you must fax a copy of a voided check. You
must also send proof of rental properties such as a tax or utility bill,
title or deed, or a bill from the tax assessors office which must be less
than a year old.
Realtor, Property Manager, Condo Association Manager:
You must provide us with a copy of your business license, tax ID number, and
company letterhead. Property Managers must also send us a copy of your
management agreement, your license, and a copy of a cancelled business
check.
Business Owners, Employers:
Must use specific agreements and application forms which we will be happy to
provide you with.
Remember, this is Federal Law, and there is no way
around it. If another company offers you service without such
documentation, you and they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting
Act.
